The Ural River separates the continents of Europe and Asia here in Kazakhstan. The color of the water reminds me of the Mississippi River and the locals swim and fish in it. The current is not that strong, but can be fatal for children.
Since we have been having wonderful weather here a few friends and I decided to take one morning and kayak. It was enjoyable and hard work at the same time. I hope to do it again as long as the weather contiues.
