Kentucky is a very peaceful and beautiful place. I understand while Stacey enjoyed it as a child.
Cameron and Mason loved looking around at MeMaw and PePaw's house. From riding the lawnmower with PePaw, the four wheeler with Uncle Kyle, and Mason convicing PePaw it was okay for him to ride in the front seat of the car we enjoyed our time in Kentucky.

The Lake
Going to the lake was the highlight of our trip for the boys. It turned out to be my favorite part too. Lots of family, food, and fun was had by all at Cundiff Point which was named after Stacey's Grandfather, Bob Cundiff. The best part for the boys was sleeping in the camper with MeMaw and PePaw. Mason told me he wants a camper one day. One day I told him.

Bimbo and Roxy's House
Today we went to Bimbo and Roxy's House to see Stacey's cousin, Connie, her kids, and others. Cameron got stung by a bee and survived. Now he will listen when we say it hurts. With so many kids it was very loud, but fun.

Uncle Brad's House
We made a quick trip up to Kentucky and the first stop was Uncle Brad's House. The boys were in heaven with all the trucks, three-wheelers, boats, four-wheelers, skidders, etc. Since Brad is a logger he knows equipment and has a lot of them. Mason was definitely named after him for a reason. Mason was interested to see how things worked or eager to drive. I wish we could have spent more time there and hopefully we will get to in the future.

Rare Date Night
Parents rarely get a night off and a night out so Stacey and I took advantage. She bought a completely new outfit and looked might fine for under $100. I did marry her for all the right reasons. Good looking and economical. She picked a South American restaurant and we enjoyed fried plantains, churrasco beef, and tres leches for dessert. Great night with a Great Woman!

Superman Ice Cream
Stacey had this memory from childhood about loving to eat Superman Ice Cream (Rainbow Ice Cream) so she treated the boys to it when we saw it in the mall. Everyone was excited and start digging in straight away. Blue tongue and smiles all around The memories continue although I think sometimes memories change over time since the ice cream was not that good. The boys did not mind and would try any old memory if it involves ice cream.

The Tooth Fairy Returns
Mason's first pulled tooth and second overall. This time he got help from Dr. Green. Before we went in Mason wanted to make a deal. The deal we made was that if he didn't cry he could pick the place we ate for lunch. He did exceptionally well and picked the restaurant all kids choose - McDonalds. The Tooth Fairy is coming tonight. Maybe Mason will get another dollar.

Speech Therapy
Mason needed a little help with his speech and who knew speech therapy could be so much fun. His tongue needed more strength to help him pronounce a few different sounds. God must have given him extra muscles everywhere else and wanted Mason to have fun building this one. I had to learn how to be a speech therapist since we would not have the luxury of going to one for any length of time. Who knew crazy straws, horns, and words would do the trick.

Space Center
The boys and I met up with an old friend and his two girls to experience the Houston Space Center. It was a hot day and we decided to take the tour around the center to see where the astronauts train and the large rocket that brings the shuttle into space.
After the hour tour we went inside and all the kids were going from one exhibit to the next and it was hard to keep up. We ended up letting them play in the play area with slides, stairs, and shooting balls. I think this is all they really cared about, but it was nice spending times with friends and seeing the space center.
